The CPN recognises research as crucial to the
articulation and ongoing development of psychiatric nursing. This principal has guided the development
of a number of research projects as listed below. The most important aspect of our research is that it
originates from, and directly impacts on, clinical practice. As the Centre is becoming more established
research projects are increasingly being conducted in collaboration with clinicians. Partnerships with
clinicians will be central to our research agenda in the future. |
